Listings
Can I upload listings in bulk?

No, only one listing at the time can be uploaded. However, the process is very simple and only takes a few minutes for each listing being added.
 

Can I pause or delete a listing?

Yes, you can do that through your My Account dashboard.
 

Can I share listings to Instagram?

Unfortunately, due to the technical limitations of Instagram you cannot share or post the bookmarked listings from our platform to Instagram.

Can anyone add listings to the Realopoly website?

No, only licensed real estate professionals can submit their listings. We do not accept for-sale-by-owner listings.
 

Do I need a permission from my broker to add listings to Realopoly?

Yes. In order to add your listings on Realopoly.com you will need to have your broker's permisson to allow other agents and brokers to cross-market your listings posted on Realopoly.

How long can a listing be published for?

Your listing would run for the term set by you at the time when you add the listing, but not longer than that of your applicable MLS listing agreement for said property. Once the property status changes to Pending or Sold you should update your Realopoly listing in a timely fashion, by editing the listing from your My Account page.

Registration
Is registration required?

Real estate agents and brokers should register for an account to create a profile page. Subscription plan is needed to take advantage of all Realopoly's features for real estate professionals.

Buyers and sellers can browse and search listings without registering. However, registering for an account allows to save favorite listings and receive notification of new listings. Registration is free.

How much does a subscription cost?

We offer a number of subscription plans for as low as $20/month with the 1-year plan. Please see our Pricing page for information about subscription plans.

What forms of payment do you accept for subscription plans?

We accept Visa, MasteCard, American Express, and Discover. 
 

Sharing listings on social media sites
Where can I share the listings?

You can post Realopoly listings to social media sites such as: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pintrest, and others. Each Realopoly listing page has built-in links that let your post it with a couple of simple clicks.

Where can I find the links to share the listings?

Each listing page has a suite of links provided. There are dozens more when you click on the "+" sign. Here is where you will find them:
